The ZMDC Group of companies shall be zero-tolerant to situations, events and or transactions that violate the requirements of the laws of Zimbabwe or threaten the safety and health of its employees, customers or the public and shall ensure the taking of controlled risks, the grasping of new opportunities and the use of innovative approaches to further the interests of the Corporation towards achieving its desired objectives, provided the resultant exposures are within the Corporation’s risk tolerance range.
